What’s happening to Facebook?
Facebook, the social network that everyone seems to be a part of, but oh so many scams on these new groups and fan pages that seem to be emerging, groups and fan pages are a great thing, but they seem to be over populating facebook. Now on my Facebook home screen, all I see is “so and so became a fan of…” etc. There seem to be some new ones where you have to click “become a fan” to see an image, it’s just a ploy to get fans. I don’t know why people have a crave to get as many fans as possible – it’s not even as if it matters!
I for one am fed up of Facebook, I’m not saying that I’m going to migrate to Myspace or Bebo, but it’s got so many bugs and errors it’s unbelievable. Sometimes when I try to post a status, it will say Network error, General error, or Oops something went wrong. Sometimes photo albums don’t work, sometimes I’ll “like” someones status, and it won’t work – it’s getting annoying, you know…
This whole “Dislike button” and “That’s what she said button” thing is getting a bit out of hand, it’s another ploy to get more fans, they tell you to paste a javascript code into your web browser so it invites all of your friends – people that actually fall for these tricks, I feel very sorry for.
Me and a few of my friends call Facebook, “failbook” now because of the way it hardly ever works, yes I understand that programming a social network like that, that’s so innovative is going to be hard, but they shouldn’t try to implement features that they can’t actually do.
Facebook also now has these extremely pointless groups such as “This is what Mr Bean would look like if he was…” and “I LOL’D at this picture!!” and “I love doing…” etc. These are extremely annoying and take up three quarters of my home page!
Facebook is a great social network, but I’m just getting fed up with all of these errors and pointless groups.

Yeah this kind of shit happens to every social network that’s ever existed. Myspace with the prostitute bots, Twitter with the fraudulent users and bots, and also having the same shit as Facebook does as far as scams, but those aren’t as common. Oh, and of course Myspace with the 12 year olds posting about how they hate lief, and every single band known to man advertising their shows when nobody actually reads the bulletins.
